Jet Byte: Did You Know?
That during a three-hour flight, your body can lose up to 1 litre of water?
During a three-hour flight, your body can lose up to one litre of water due to the dry cabin air. At cruising altitude, humidity levels drop to 10-20%, much lower than the 40-60% found on the ground. This dry environment accelerates moisture loss, leading to dehydration.
To stay comfortable and hydrated, drink plenty of water before and during your flight. Next time you travel, remember to hydrate!
