This month we’ve deployed the new workspace task list, so you can manage the workloads of each team member from one central place.

Building upon this, we will be delivering new features to assist with the use of support teams - an increasingly critical capability for modern growing practices.

• Workspace Task List: Manage the workload of your team across all matters from one central place, with 1 click access to the matter task board. Watch the video.
• Matter Task List: The matter task list has been upgraded in line with the workspace task list, proving a central place to manage all the tasks in a matter.
• Tips: Use the new task lists to:View and reassign tasks to keep everything moving.Quickly run through all the tasks that you've assigned to a team member, or that you need to review for them.View the upcoming demand on your team’s capacity and plan accordingly.

• Smokeball integration announcement: Ash Kelso (Hivelight CEO) and Hunter Steele (Smokeball CEO) officially announce the new Smokeball-Hivelight integration.
• Task tagging: This new feature will allow you to shortlist and manage tasks by any attribute you like - e.g. team, topic, complexity etc.
