The Growth of our HR Community
Catch Talent is deeply rooted in our community, which has been the heartbeat of our operations for eight plus years. Through meaningful engagement within the vibrant Charleston HR and entrepreneur circles, we've cultivated valuable connections, exchanged insights, and collaborated with numerous partners on various initiatives. This dynamic community has not only enriched our perspective but has also catalyzed our remarkable growth. The supportive network and wealth of knowledge within our community have been instrumental in shaping our journey and positioning us where we stand today. In this edition, we celebrate our community by highlighting some of the key individuals and organizations that we've had the privilege to grow alongside and support over the years.
A Few Pillars of Our HR Community
One recent example of an event we've sponsored in our community is?SocialHRCamp Charleston. It took place just last week, marking the first HR event of the year.?It provided an opportunity for networking, knowledge sharing, and fostering connections within our local HR community. We're excited to have supported this initiative, showing our dedication to empowering HR professionals not only in Charleston but also beyond.
As a woman-owned company, it's important to us that we continue to develop and support the young female professionals on our team through initiatives such as Thrive. Hosted by the?Charleston Metro Chamber of Commerce,?Thrive?connects female business leaders and rising female professionals for the advancement of their careers and the region, and we're happy to have?such an amazing group to help develop our Catch team members!
DisruptHR Charleston is the main vehicle we've used to build up our HR community. Over the last eight years we've hosted this event and forged meaningful connections with our community members, clients, and candidates alike. We're now gearing up for our 13th event this spring at The American Theater, and we couldn't be more thrilled! Keep an eye out for ticket availability soon, but in the meantime, you can catch up on our latest round of speakers from the fall on?Vimeo.
