1 年You mentioned featuring your IT Specialist, Matthew Kunkel, CSM, in this month's newsletter. Highlighting team members is a commendable practice, fostering a sense of recognition and camaraderie. Considering the impact of internal recognition on workplace morale, historical data shows that companies with engaged employees tend to outperform others by a significant margin. I'm curious to know more about the specific achievements or projects Matthew has been involved in that earned him recognition. Are there key learnings or innovative approaches he has brought to the IT domain that others might find valuable or inspiring?
