AMETEK University Brings Global Colleagues Together
Consisting of future leaders of AMETEK, nearly 100 employees from across our global company recently gathered at AMETEK University for an three-day conference about our history, culture, and Growth Model – all in a collaborative learning environment. Participants will utilize what they learned during the event to strengthen their AMETEK businesses.
AMETEK Announces Record Q4 and Full Year Results

Additionally, we ended the year with a record backlog of $3.2 billion, positioning us well as we look ahead to 2023.â€
Drake Air Wins 2022 Lux Continuous Improvement Award
AMETEK MRO Drake Air recently won our Dr. John H. Lux Continuous Improvement Award. Drake Air is a certified repair station that specializes in the maintenance, repair, and overhaul of heat transfer components. The team won this award for embarking on an Operational Excellence transformation that helped support market expansion across its commercial aerospace MRO market. Congratulations to the Drake Air team!

Williamsburg Bray School: Researching the Oldest African American Schoolhouse
In 2021, the College of William & Mary and the Colonial Williamsburg Foundation discovered the Williamsburg Bray School—likely the oldest surviving schoolhouse for African American children in the United States, dating back to the 18th century—hiding in plain sight. AMETEK board member Steve Kohlhagen and his wife Gale generously supported efforts to research and identify the school’s alumni to share their lost stories. Turkey and Syria Earthquakes: Supporting Disaster Relief
On Feb. 6, devastating earthquakes struck parts of Turkey and Syria. In response to this urgent humanitarian crisis, the AMETEK Foundation donated to the International Rescue Committee.
