This Valentine's Day we challenge you to express your appreciation for those around you without spending a nickel! To help you out on this challenge we’re giving you some ideas down below on how to tell someone that you appreciate them on Valentine's Day. These ideas are perfect for not only romantic partners, but friends and family as well.
1. Breakfast in Bed?– This is perfect for someone who prefers acts of service as their love language. How do they like their eggs? Treat them to breakfast in bed with heart-shaped pancakes or waffles!???
2. Scrapbook?– With smartphones taking photos is really easy, and many of us take photos of moments and then forget about them the next day. A scrapbook is a good way to revisit old memories. Print a few of your favorite photos and put together a cool scrapbook of your favorite memories with that person. If a scrapbook is too on the creative side for you, then you can also just make a cute album. Most drugstores offer one-hour photo printing for just a few cents per picture!??
3. Playlist?– Music streaming services like Spotify make it easy to make a playlist for someone. If your special someone loves music you can include songs that they love or songs that came on during special moments like a first dance or a first kiss.?To add a bit of nostalgic flair, you can make the playlist on a CD or a cassette tape.??
4. Follow A Cooking Tutorial Online-?YouTube makes it easy to follow along with any recipe the two of you might like- all for free! (with the exception of buying ingredients.) To spice up Valentine's Day you can create a menu from all over the world. Your appetizer, main course and dessert can be from separate countries.???
