Feb. 29 is the pre-con to kick-off WMCO’s LMI Leadership Series.

The Wood Manufacturing Cluster of Ontario (WMCO), in partnership with LMI Canada, will present Effective Leadership Development, a series of 14 online workshops.

Barry Reid, leadership trainer for LMI, will facilitate the bi-weekly interactive sessions that begins with a Feb. 29 pre-conference session on goal setting. Reid has worked with hundreds of Southwestern Ontario business people to help them achieve their most important goals and full leadership potential. In 2018, he was honored as Leadership Management International’s Facilitator of the Year for the Americas.

Workshop topics include Improving Results Through Better Goal Management, Motivating People to Produce, and Preventing and Solving Problems.
