Featured Project in Pinecrest, FL

We took an existing, outdated house in Pinecrest, FL and completely remodeled it with some new additions to create this beautiful home that features a custom-designed wine cava, natural stone bar, chef's kitchen with solid wood custom cabinetry, marble flooring, a stunning natural coral wall with fireplace, and much more. The scenic impact windows allow for beautiful views of the pool and expansive outdoor areas. Cueto Engineering (@CuetoEng) provided architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering services for the successful completion of this project which sold for almost double the cost of investment.
