Phosphoramidite Method
Phosphite monomer is necessary for the synthesis of genes, mainly including DNA series and RNA series and their derivatives. Each cycle of the synthesis of the nucleic acid chain is through a highly efficient and chemically active nucleotide 3 '-phosphite amide intermediate, after oxidation into a stable pentavalent phosphate triester.
