Feature Friday: Cassie Haupt

This week's Feature Friday is Cassie Haupt. She uses she/her/hers pronouns and is chief programming? for BLinc. Within her job role, Cassie oversees both of the event teams: Eccles Traditions, and Inclusion Learning, working alongside Julie Paredes-Pozas and Sally Tran. Within the role Cassie helps coordinate responsibilities and assist all BLinc Programming team members with their specialized processes. In addition, she works closely with the David Eccles School of Business Operations team to allow for smooth event executions and increasingly positive business relationships. All of which helps to ensure student engagement is increasing and that diversity, equity, and inclusion practices are effectively enacted.?

Cassie is currently receiving her degree in Honors Management and international relations. In her free time, Cassie loves to ski, some of her favorite resorts are Brighton or Grand Targhee. BLinc has been such a great experience allowing me to not only grow as a person and student but promote the inclusion of students. “Seeing students connect and find their place within the business school is such an amazing experience and I feel so grateful to be in a position to help foster it” says Cassie. “I love having the ability to help put on events for students at the business school and try to make sure each student finds their voice at a place within the university.”?
