Feast Or Famine No More

I have big news!!!

I was invited by my dear friend Sunni Chapman to create mind-body processes for her phenomenal Feast or Famine No More Course, and there are now 4 weeks worth of new incredibly powerful healing processes which help to bridge the body/mind gap and help you powerfully integrate what you've learned in the Feast or Famine No More course.

We thought that perhaps the best way to invite you to the course is to share our personal stories and experience with each other's work by answering a few short interview questions — so I will start, and then tomorrow Sunni will share her experience of my work, that way you can get a better idea of what awaits you inside.

First Up: Sunni Interviews Keisha About Her Experience of Feast or Famine No More

1. Why did you decide to do the FFNM course? Where were you at that time?

When Sunni and I first met, I checked out her website and fell in love with the way she created such beautiful designs in a unique way. While on her site I saw that she had a membership program called Feast or Famine No More, so as a money mindset coach myself, I was curious. Everything (and I mean everything) from her landing page, to the design of the program which really spoke to the introverted parts of me, to the beauty infused in each visual and each word, had me feeling all the YES and an immediate “This feels so different.” It was an easy decision to invite that beauty and bounty into my life.

2. What did the FFNM course do for you? What changed?

Joining FFNM was a breathtaking experience. Receiving the weekly content felt like Christmas morning. Not long into the program (probably 3 possibly 4 weeks) I started to see tangible shifts including:

? Creating a new program based on my desired business model

? Signing 14 dreamy clients in the new model, with ease, and without launch!

? Over 1 year later my business continues to grow and scale and I continue to pour through Sunni’s material. It truly is the gift I gave to myself that keeps giving.

The less tangible and ultimately more important (to me) shifts included:

? A new level of self-acceptance and self-love

? A deeper level of trust and suspension of disbelief

? A richer experience of living through all of my senses

3. What was the biggest gift that you received from this experience of working with Sunni in FFNM?

The biggest gift I received from this experience was, actually is, (as I continue to review the material again and again):

? you CAN actually get off of the Feast or Famine rollercoaster

? you can create safety and stability while designing your dream business, without burning what you currently have down to the ground

? you can create a business that feels delightful to you and to others, and you get to be You while doing it.

4. Was there any particular thing about Sunni & The FFNM course that was different or made it especially valuable?

Sunni is so relatable and the stories that she shares are not from a space of ‘do it my way for it to work’ rather she holds the space of ‘the way you desire it to be will work’. Sunni is absolutely brilliant at money mindset and creatively designing the business and life of your dreams!

Feast or Famine No More is Money Mindset at its finest, actually, it is more than money mindset as Sunni takes a holistic approach that captivates all of your senses, and digs deeper than the standard “that’s a limiting belief”. 5. Real Talk: what advice would you give someone considering joining Feast or Famine No More?

What advice would I give to someone considering working with Sunni — buy a pretty journal, because the internal insights and reflections that you will receive you will want to capture. Prepare to have your feast or famine pattern disrupted. Get ready to have your mind blown and your senses delighted. Dream big and then lean in and dream bigger. Sunni’s work is exceptional at that.
