I have probably failed more times than I would like to admit. There I just admitted it lol. Each time, believe it or not, I got better than the time before, Especially professionally speaking. It's something about not succeeding that gives you for lack of better words a "spidey sense" for the journey ahead. It allows you to see mayhem or confusion before it happens. It can also issue a damaging blow to your confidence If you take it personally. What I've learned about "failure" its barely personal, especially because we are in a people-oriented professional lifestyle. We would like to believe a career is always fair, empathetic and un-bias but because humans aren't perfect that isn't always true. You can only control how you get up and how you pivot with your career in the days to come. Here are a few steps I take when life doesn't go the way I wrote in my pink organizer.
I hope this helps you overcome any confidence issues and motivates you to do you next big thing.
