Be fearless when it comes to life

I have been recently part of a stress management seminar which talked about 'Being Fearless', thus I think I can answer this. First of all, Difference between Fearlessness and Courage. Fearless- The absence of Fear and courage- Bravery or The ability to do something in spite of Fear. I hope this clears that Fearlessness is not Courage but absence of Fear. Now, How can someone be Fearless? Everybody does have fear, I do and I am sure almost everyone does. Question your self, What is the worst that can happen in any scenario?
Can you deal with it? The answer surely is- 'Yes' you can and If you can then why to be fearful. The things I said above might be difficult to digest. So, let me present an example. Think of the below scenario and put yourself in it. " You wish to pursue your dream of opening a business. You are currently holding a good post and earning good pay in an IT company. One day you suddenly give up on your job and start working on your dream project. What is the worst that can happen? Can you deal with it?"
Examples of Few worst cases that can happen: You may put all your savings in your dream business, it fails and you become broke. You try to get new job but no one hire you. You have to work in some low-profile jobs or end up asking money from Friend/Relatives for your day to day needs. Your Wife/Children may not support you and leave you alone. Yes, all of the above mentioned is possible. But, Can you deal with it?
Of course, yes, you can. If you business fails, you can certainly try to get your job back, may be at a low salary . You sure can. If no one hires you and you have to do odd jobs, you can put aside your ego and go with the flow. You sure can. If you still not find any job you can ask money from friends/relatives/sell your house/car, whatever it takes. You sure can. If your family does not support you, you will sulk emotionally, may get into depression, will be all alone. Yet, can choose to not give up and get up to have your family back. You sure can.
Ultimately, the zest is you can deal with anything and everything, and since you can then why be fearful, be Fearless. Tell me what are you most feared of in life? If you’re afraid of losing your job, become multi-skilled. Learn hair-cutting. Learn to play guitar. Someone may hire you over the weekend to play in their wedding. Make sure you have enough skills to ensure you don’t sleep hungry. earn soft skills, communication skills, selling skills, technical skills, cooking skills, teaching skills, coding skills, human language skills, etc.

If you’re afraid of the competition, spy on your competitors to find loopholes in their strategies, and do something better than them, or do the opposite. If you’re afraid of bullies and criminals, just learn karate. Your detractors will be afraid of you instead. The number of skills you can learn to become fearless are countless. Remember, skills are way better than raw, physical strength.
Face the deepest fear you have. Keep on increasing your chances of facing it. If you fear public speaking, do it as much as you can. Do it until you conquer it. Instead of simply facing it, you can take some preparations. Make your mind believe that you are going to do the best. Keep on telling it to yourself for a whole day before. And face it, as if you are the best one. I am Free from fear of future or working hard as knowledge is the key to make you fearless. For me taking a step forward daily in order to achieve my dreams makes me fearless.
I don't fear of working hard instead it gives me pleasure because its said that empty mind is equivalent to evil's mind. So don't keep yourself free. Always do something and when you do something daily there will come a day when something will become everything and hence fear changes into fearless. I am Free from fear of losing things : Fear is like a toxin that runs through much of our thinking. It feeds on insecurity, feeling of loss, loneliness, inadequacy and attachment. You are loveable and loving. Accept this as Truth. Appreciate and care for yourself – truly, deeply, intensely, in a way that reflects your real value. Then you will automatically have the same regards for all other living beings and things.
I am free from fear of confronting people. “Once I discovered that people are creating and living in their own story, how could I judge them any longer? How could I take anything personally when I know that I am only a secondary character in their story? I know that when they talk to me they are really talking to the secondary character in their story. And whatever people say about me is just a projection of their image of me. It has nothing to do with me. I don’t waste my time taking anything personally. I focus my attention on creating my own story.” Cheers!
