FEAR PURGE: A PROCESS OF CONFRONTING & RELEASING FEARS
Prerequisite: Master empowerment, positive mood, resiliency, and contentment before embarking on this barrier to bliss. This is an advanced practice.
Exercise: Fear purge
One of the final frontiers to achieving bliss is overcoming your fears. Here is a step by step process to transform fear into trust and bring about light bliss. First you will create a list of your fears and rank them in order of difficulty. Then you start with least challenging fear and you will learn to embrace and release it. After that, you will move through all your fears, embrace and releasing each one. You will create new truths of the now to guide you into trust and light bliss. There are five steps in the fear purge and you can complete it in one day, or over a few days. Fears have been building up over your life, so feel free to take your time in this purge to overcome your deepest fears.?
1) Come up with a list of fears you experience/have experienced in life. Some areas where you might have fears include: family, career/calling, health, self, friendships, partnership/intimacy/fertility, global issues, situational issues, spirituality, etc. After you write them down, number them from least fearful (number 1) to most fearful. Start working on them in order from least to most fearful.

2) Fear often finds a place in the body to express itself. Finding where fear is stored in your body is an important next step. Now pay attention to where your fear resides in your body. For each fear you listed above, write down where you experience it your body.? For example, in your jaw, your stomach/gut, your shoulders, your heart, your knee, etc.

3) The next step in releasing fear is to feel it fully. Embracing the fear is necessary to release it. Allow yourself to feel them completely. What would it be like to experience that fear in reality? Let yourself sit with and express those emotions as deeply as possible. You need to see it and feel it, in order to heal it. Only then you can breakthrough the fears that are holding you back and experience trust. This will allow you to move forward with trust instead of fear. embrace faith. that fear has been resisting.??
Find some time and a quiet space to write about and think about your deep fears. Remember you are safe in the moment when you are thinking about them. If your fears are about a unwanted memory, remember that whatever happened to you took place in the past and you are only thinking about it. Being able to think all the way through an unwanted memory will teach you that you can overcome the fear. Make sure you have enough time to really work through your fears all the way to the end.?

4) Write down what happened as you allowed yourself to experience everything fully.??

5) Give yourself permission to turn your fear into trust. Once you have identified and felt your fears fully, you are ready to transform them into news truth of the now. In this step you will bring it all together and feel the change. You will also spend some time transforming each of your fears through writing. Read the example below and completed the transformation with each of your fears below.

After reading your new truths of the now each night, you will begin to feel a deeper sense of light bliss inside. You can have trust in yourself by choosing faith over fear. If you are having a difficult time choosing faith over fear, go back to weeding this aspect out of your Garden of Happiness. Consider what Louise Hay says about faith, “Out of this situation only good will come.” We have to choose faith over fear?every time we are faced with the unknown.?This will lead you into states of bliss and joy?beyond your wildest dreams!
