Fear is a natural feeling, and all humans have felt fear in some points in life. Fear is part of our own nature.
Ask yourself:
What am I afraid of at this right moment?
A fear of failure?
A fear of rejection?
A fear of not be able to achieve higher in life?
Regardless of what it is you fear, it's important to remember that you are not alone. Fear is something we all feel and experience in many ways in life. However, let me say to you that having fear actually can be good for you. We tend to take fear as a negative emotion, but it not always negative. Fear plays a crucial role in our survival as a species.
In short, it is a psychological defence against potential threats to our well-being. Which is great when it comes to looking over the edge of a cliff, or crossing a busy road with. It's not difficult to understand why fear in these situations can help you not to make a mistake and be killed. However, the hardest fear in life is the one in our subconscious mind. This fear is the one which limit us to go forward for example with an idea of returning to education, or starting a business, or perhaps to change your profession, and so many other things....this is the fear that holds us back from doing great things that will actually improve our lives.
Let me tell you, this fear is not negative! On the contrary, it can be exactly what you need to make a change, and create the POWER you need transform your life. When this uncertainty fear happens, wake up and make a decision - acknowledge it! By acknowledging your this type of fear you are in fact gaining more confidence and strength to decide to make changes, and move out of your comfortable zone (we all have one, believe me!).
Fear is part of the development process to achieve great things in life! So, the next time you feel fear, make the decision that no matter what, you will use this fear to make the right decision to move forward. Your dreams may depend on this fear for you to make the decision to give it a go! Life is unique! You only live once! Don’t allow fear to stop you living your dreams.
Most of our fears are self-created fantasies about the worst-case scenario... the most negative outcome that could result if we take that risk. Instead of considering all of the positive possible outcomes, we immediately focus on the worst, and allow that to stop us from taking action. Today I invite you to use that fear and turn it into the fuel that will light your dreams! You are a genius, finding yours and use your fears to show the world who you are!
