4 个月Great observations Yvonne. Switching jobs can also provide a period of financial uncertainty. Again as you say it's the fear of the unknown. The possibility of losing income during the period of transition and the reliability of the new position, I think sometimes hampers many to keep the job change on the backburner until they have adequate savings or alternative sources of finance in place. However, the number of people with such funds in place will be few and far between
