FEAR | You'll never achieve greatness without it!

When my son was learning to walk, one of the most difficult things I had to do was to let go of his hands and step back from him, knowing full-well that he was likely going to fall flat on his face. The look of panic on his face, the alligator tears streaming down his face, and the sense of momentary helplessness that I watched him experience was heart-breaking.

I want you to think about your life. Think about the next project or business idea or proposal that you want to tackle. Are you feeling panic, crying to yourself, whining, or feeling helpless? Is there no one around to hold your hand and walk you through it? 

The biggest reason 98% of the population never accomplishes great things is because they are waiting to FEEL confident and comfortable before they take action. Meanwhile, us 2%-ers are getting our s%!$ done despite how we feel. (If my son had waited to FEEL 100% sure of his first step, he'd still be crawling today!) 

You want to know the truth? You will NEVER accomplish anything great in your life if you're waiting to have no fear! You can (and should) make a plan and get solid counsel from people who have accomplished what you're trying to do (THIS IS KEY, but I address the power of Mentorship in another post). However, you will never create a plan that eliminates 100% of your anxiety. There are never any guarantees. There are only losers who whine and wait, and WINNERS who determine to take action and handle whatever comes up the best they can ON THEIR WAY to their goals.
