Fear Of First Call Overseas To Cherishing Old Memories, Trailing An Emotional Path Towards Life Realization - Second Part For The Distance Series

Every moment gets lived, thinking that we tend to forget about all the beautiful events of life that have happened in the past and only remember the negative things which impacted us. But when someone passes away or goes on a personal and even business trip for several days, there is a different feeling. In which memories become the center of attraction from the long-distance connection of looking back at the old days on how we spent the moment with a specific family member or friend; when doing that particular activity with them. Similar to like how we remember the good old college days!

It was continuing the journey into 12/21, with the daily routine of being prepared to start the day off strong at Accenture and doing the allocated work required from my end. With remembrance texts coming from India, I wasn't so much focusing on the emotional factor of my puzzle. But instead of remembering the tasks I had wanted to do at one point in time but had other priorities to take care of at that moment. The first step towards my portfolio came up like a light bulb with an idea since it was a significant dream to start its process. It felt like a suitable space for me to create its structure to break it down into the piece that best expresses me over time. After completing the portfolio on Linktree, it had an intuitive writer's process that made me eager to write on how the portfolio reflects your creative instincts. From writing my emotions down on documents to filling words with empathy to help another person in need of knowledge was the mission that kept me on duty till the night, and it's the following day as well.

That led to 12/22 going through the day with many people out on the holidays. There wasn't as much movement, just seeing that the phone was intimidating itself. But I pushed every moment of the way to finish up the work, water breaks, catch up on necessary tasks, and regular updates of learning & exploring around the end of its day. But the evenings after that were filled with back-to-back calls happening internationally, no matter how I tried to find a distraction for giving downtime on my activity. But speaking is the favorite tool of a human, which allows them to express their inner feelings, whether it be random talks or structured outlines getting set in place. After hours had gone by, I started looking through the photos of memories from previous trips that I had spent with close ones around me. From the days of being a student in the school to eventually graduating, it's a teenager cycle for moving into adulthood that went faced pace on the college route for gaining the experience within the industry. It was even warming and welcoming to see how the evolution factor played a significant piece in me growing up from each phase of development, playing an impact like a piece of code that's applied in the sense of life in this case.

I was leading up to 12/23, the day before Christmas, where I was doing my work and in exhaustion phases. With the early call of trying to see where I was going with the constant fear of the environment from waking up on the wrong side of sunlight. Surrounding me was another version of a make-believe character coming inside me, controlling the steps and movement I would accomplish today. It felt like there was no aim, energy drained out, and constant stress reading myself out of this phase. But it hit me that all those days where I had productivity come with no emotional feelings coming the day after 12/19 had a side effect when everything was moving a little slower. It was a constant push not doing the international phone calls because every one of them breaks down a piece of the heart, but it still happened with two to three of them going through the line. I took the time to reconnect with some of my college friends and previous professional & personal connections for talking it out with another one of my peers, to meet someone else by having a productive conversation. As the day arose, I realized that everyone has the same energy. It depends on where we use that spark, whether stressing about overworking or taking the winddowns when needed.

From reading my way through the Bhagavad Gita book, to distract myself from all other forces of attraction that wanted me to go back and make that phone call so I could stay longer in that mode of depression. You have got to get up and move or at least keep yourself occupied; otherwise, you'll get left in the clouds with your mind controlling you, just like how puppets are from human hands. Exactly, that's exactly what I did get out of my comfort zone and sprint towards doing an action. It's what makes all humans more productive in what they need to do versus what they want to do. That's why any form of exercising is beneficial for keeping you fit and allows you to focus on what's more important instead of doing the least important task for the day. I also performed a yoga type of workout to let the positive karma sync in the system for starting its next day on a positive note. Yes, it is hard to do any form of exercise; trust me, I have been there on that one. So that's one of the reasons as to why if you can try to take out five to ten minutes a day—even performing some workout on the weekends. It could take up to fifteen to thirty minutes or even an hour at max for completing those exercises in the workout program for its day. That will help maintain your health levels and keep moving throughout the day.

Try to take out time for your health because it can sometimes be hard to forget that we are humans and not machines operated by batteries like a super robot soldier does, as we haven't reached that stage yet. But that's what we call replenishing the body to think with a clear mind. Always remember that if you keep the glass full for remembering all the work you need to do all of the time, it becomes hard to focus on the task that's a high priority. Even to categorize which ones can be done later versus others needing to get completed today per its deadline requirements. That's why you keep the glass half full for being able to do the work without stress because you are better able to manage the work and do a fantastic job delivering its primary content. It's called workout because there is work required for exercising the body parts out.

It's the kicking in our very own mind that drains all the energy out of our system, and we end up having to seek a solution from ourselves on what we should do. The answer to it is pretty simple, which requires you to breathe and, if you can, do it under the sun; for taking it a step further, maybe start by learning what meditation is and trying it yourself. You never know what might stick if you don't give it a shot, as that's what is done for the greater good to understand why some days are cloudier than others.

These were the exact emotions I had been going through ever since my family took the flight to India on December 19th, 2021 (12/19/21).?

As adults, we treat life like everything has to get scheduled to happen on specific days and times when it's all impromptu in the end.

Time flies by fast, and it's even less than the blink of an eye!

We need to create our dish for the business meals to feel the experience or process to reach the final output.

I have realized that it can be hard having the title of an adult, and it's doesn't matter at what age you stand or how you rank it from youth to aged experience, there all in the same boat. Everything is a continuous loop with small, medium, big tasks that are important to us, but all have a date on when they eventually get completed. Everything around us, from the new virus to family responsibilities, can feel like the play button is always on work. But taking the time not to stress overwork, and keep the mindset of when you get off the work seat, it's your other time to work on passion projects, spend time with the kids, cousins, friends, family members, and however, you would like to spend your relaxing free time outside of the working hours!

Maybe think of it being a car player with play, stop, rewind forward or back, and skip to the following track options being in the control of your hands. It's up to you how you would like to use it, by continuing to listen to songs all the way or giving its halts within the day.

So next time you think of giving up, remember that everyone in the world is working through complex changes at times; we don't even expect it to happen with any of us. You have to keep on trying by falling, sliding, trying, pulling, and pushing your way to find what works best for you to balance the see-saw of your personal life and professional career.
