Have you ever looked at your fears (Fear of death, fear of life, fear of loneliness, fear of relationships, fear of heights, fear of darkness, fear of being a failure, fear of losing your loved ones, fear of losing your job, fear of losing your possessions, fear of speaking up, fear of not being loved, fear of not being beautiful, fear of being excluded and so on)?
Must you go to an analyst?
Yes, you are the analyst who needs to take an #insideout journey and needs to be analyzed too!
I shall put you across a simple analyzing tool/exercise which you can use and practice. Try it out and leave your comments if it has helped you to over come your any one/few or all of your fears.
01. List each of your fears (Even the ones that you still carry from your childhood, adulthood) and call them one by one for an internal discussion with you.
02. Understand if they are just the idea of fear or the actuality of it that frightens you?
03. Is such fear imposed to you through your belief system and life situations that you experienced that triggers you? Bring it to your awareness in either of the case.
04. Strike out all those fears which were just the idea of fears which are just illusions.
05. Understand what contributed for you to frame your definition of such fears that are not the idea of fear but the actuality built that fear in you during a situation/time frame.
06. Bring in all those actual past experience impressions saved in your memory to your awareness and watch them as if you are watching them as a movie and you are just observing being an observer as a separate entity from such experience.
Once you separate “Me” from all such experiences caused that are time bound and triggers fear in you because of your memory, your opinions, your judgements, your rationalizations, your evaluations, your interpretations, your beliefs, your insecurities; weather the idea of such fear or the actuality of your fear – Both are mere illusions.
PS: Journalizing this activity is more helpful than just having internal dialogues. Addressing and observing a fear a week from your list will surely help to understand and identify the root cause of all your fears. Incase if you are still not able to work on your fears with this methodology- I am available as your personal coach to tailor tools/methodologies specifically and help to get through your fears and live a more joyful life.
Wish to see/hear you as "a new You without any fears".

3 年If we all spared some time to organize our thoughts and not let our minds run amok with chaos, to our surprise, most of our fears would be unfounded and negativity, baseless. Rational, logical and fact based thinking is the way. However, don't stop that space of your mind that still delves into illogical thinking or creates unreal thoughts based on dreams yet to be achieved. :) Vijayalakshmi , what do you say?
