Fear...

Fear...

Yep FEAR, four little letters that make up a word that can either motivate you or stop you from reaching your fullest potential. Recently I had to stair that emotion right in the face as I made my decision to join INC. magazine's fastest growing mortgage company Movement Mortgage (yes this will be full of shameless plugs). In my case I was facing the fear of the unknown "the devil you know vs. the devil you don't" and I gotta say I feel I made the right choice.

Above is a quote I found when I was researching my now current employer and I feel it rings true in many situations but for me personally it helped me realize that I needed to go outside my comfort zone to fully achieve the goals I set for myself. I know what I just wrote is something all of us in sales should know and/or live by but the reality is I find many people become comfortable in their less than stellar situations and find it easier to conform to something they are not really happy with but because they have become numb to the discomfort they dismiss the new opportunities around them, the other reason is in this mortgage recruiting environment there are so many recruiters jockeying for an audience that it can become overwhelming for the candidate and the desire to explore fades "I will admit I am guilty of this as well".

DON'T LET FEAR HOLD YOU BACK!!

Folks I will close with this, if you are not 100% satisfied with your current lender please give Movement Mortgage a look, the facts speak for themselves..

Message me for more details.
