FCHCC Food Pantry Event September 22, 2020

On Tuesday September 22, 2020, the First Coast Hispanic Chamber of Commerce collaborated with the Jacksonville Jaguars and Feeding North East Florida to provide food to families in this time of trial. This initiative was prompted by the understanding that due to COVID-19 many in our community have lost employment or had a hard time trying to support their families. 

With help from our members and the 2020 winners of the Achieving the Dream scholarships, we were able to serve over 160 families. The non-distributed food was donated to two charitable organizations, Hogar Crea and Trinity Rescue Mission.
