FCCU job fair'22

Forman Christian College University organised its annual job fair on 29th of March 2022. The job fair was indeed a huge success and achievement for both the students and the administration of the university. The job fair enabled students to get first hand information on how corporate culture functions, requirements of different industries etc. The job fair consisted of more than 100 renowned companies from various sectors. The companies were not limited to only national companies but also consisted of international organizations.

It helped the students build confidence to interact with recruiters of international organizations.?Students were able to gain knowledge of the skills required in today’s time. I would like to thank the career services office of Forman Christian college university and leadership forum society for bringing such an opportunity for the entire student body of FCCU. I was able to interact with companies like HAIER PAKISTAN, FAST CABLES, DUNYA news etc. Through my interaction I was able to develop connections and simultaneously learn about the job opportunities in regards to my specialisation i.e. marketing. This great opportunity by FCCU allowed me to filter out various industries to see which one suits me the best. Freshman year students were able to get an idea on what skills they have to develop?in order to get desired jobs whereas senior year students got countless job/internship opportunities. Overall it was an amazing experience, interacting with recruiters from different industries.

Lastly I would like to thank Ms. Faiza tasneem for motivating students to take part in the job fair actively as it helped us learn about the ground realities of different organisations.
