FCCU JOB FAIR 2023

I visited the the Fccu Job Fair on Monday 20th Feb. it was a great event organized by the FCCU Career Services and Internships Office. . It seemed like every major company and organization was represented, and I was able to talk to recruiters from all sorts of industries. It was so interesting to hear about the different job opportunities available and to learn more about the companies that were hiring. It facilitated and helped students to get an exposure towards the professional world. I was at the job fair last year as well but this year the management took the event to a higher level with presence of more then 120 leading companies and startups. it gave me the opportunity to understand the dynamics of the present job market and the required skillset / experience needed to get settled in prominent organizations.

I met with the representatives from companies like Cinnova Technologies, LLC , CureMD , NETSOL Technologies Inc. FFC and discussed about the mindset and recruiting criteria of their companies. what they expect from the applicants and how can we make our resumes and job applications prominent.

I was also pleasantly surprised by the level of engagement from the employers. They were all incredibly helpful, taking the time to answer my questions and provide me with advice about finding the right job for me. I was able to get a better understanding of the different roles available, and I even had the chance to ask some of the recruiters about their experiences working for the companies.

Overall, the job fair was a great experience for me. I was able to make some valuable connections and learn more about the job market in my area. I would absolutely recommend attending a job fair to anyone looking for a job, as it’s a great way to get an insider’s perspective on the job market.
