F.B.I. INVESTIGATION OF HILLARY CLINTON. IS THE BUREAU STONEWALLING ?

Today I challenged the F.B.I. , its agents, and the Director, to do the right thing regarding their purported investigation of Hillary Clinton  setting up, utilizing, and maintaining a private server to communicate sensitive, classified, and secret government information while Secretary of State.  I have practiced almost exclusively Federal Criminal Defense for 36 years and there is absolutely NO DOUBT in my mind after following  this story in the news, listening to Ms. Clinton , her surrogates, and her legal team, watching and following the comments made by the Bureau Director, and listening to Ms. Clintons continuing inconsistent explanations, and scrutinizing both the Bureaus moves and that of Ms. Clintons legal team and the tactics she, her legal team, the Dept. of Justice, and White House are using to stonewall the Bureaus investigation and the civil lawsuits filed by a number of watchdog groups , and  upon my perusing the United States Code regarding the transfer and communicating of sensitive government information visa vi a private server- that there is currently enough evidence to warrant a criminal referral for indictment to the Dept. of Justice for criminal negligence in the communication of classified, sensitive, and secret government information .  Also, there is enough evidence for an obstruction of justice referral.  I HAVE ZERO FAITH that the Dept. of Justice and the Attorney General will act even if the Bureau recommends an indictment. ZEROE. I have just a scintilla of hope that the Bureau will do the right, honorable thing. However, having dealt with them for the better part of my career - not much.  I find it alarming and disheartening that the FBI has provided little information or updated the public in the minimum regarding the status of this purported investigation. I have done what I can to challenge them. I encourage all of you to do so too by contacting the Bureau and making your position and voice heard on their social media outlets.  IS THE F.B.I.
