it appears there are laws to protec tyou there are not if i can be facing a sheriff sale and they got away with asking for 4700 dollars a month as a modified amount then breached TPP this can not stand. they look at equity of house and decide its worth more to get the house then to offer a modification in my case they asked for a large amount in 2020 then filed foreclosure than i paid TPP then they asked for more money more than once and then would not sign it sending me into foreclosure and now a sheriff sale they have gotten in trouble before but these practices continue. for me i also suffered from poor incompetent legal reoresentation
