St Louis is home to the Cardinals! If you know anything about the people of St Louis, when we love something, we love it with all our hearts. We are extremely passionate about our sports team! St Louis got their very first baseball team in 1881, but back then it was called the St Louis Browns. During their first years, they made it to the championship series where they met the Chicago White Stockings (now the Cubs) and this is where the rivalry started! In 1900, the team was renamed the St Louis Cardinals.
