When you have something good happen, it's the SPECIAL people that can stay focused and keep paying attention to detail, working to get better and not being satisfied with what they have accomplished. "

This is one of my favorite quotes. It is Nick Saban's words and 100% true. I work in turning around companies. More often than not, when good things start to happen, focus on the prize evaporates. It's only the true champions that can grasp the vision and keep working for the prize. Don't be satisfied with survival. Keep pushing for a truly great company!
