?The solution here, lies in knowing the Quality of the Fats as well as the Quantity of Fats that can be consumed on a regular basis.
?20% OF OUR DAILY DIET, SHOULD CONSIST OF FATS, AND THOSE SHOULD BE MOSTLY GOOD FATS- SUCH AS PUFA, MUFA. (POLYUNSATURATED, MONOUNSATURATED FATS). Few examples of Healthy Fats, that should be taken regularly are: NUTS, MILK, YOGURT, EGG YOLK, SEEDS, COLD-PRESSED OILS, GHEE etc..
?When proper amount of fat, is not taken regularly, we tend to experience Hormonal Imbalance related disorders like Hypothyroidism, Diabetes, Rheumatoid Arthritis, PCOS etc.., Vitamin Deficiencies, Infertility issues, lack of memory, Hair fall issues, Dry skin which ultimately leads to may Fungal Skin infections..
?So, let’s not leave behind FATS completely, rather learn to include them into your diet SMARTLY :-)
