Fats & Carbs- Their Health Benefits

Since 2007, we have conducted extensive personal research and now hypothesize that consuming lower amounts of fatty acids and glucose while implementing Haqua Revitalize? Therapy (HART), specifically the Therapeutic Methods of Haqua Gulping (TMHG), and engaging in regular body exercises, can help maintain the body's Four Essential Elements of Life (FEELs) or Body's Essential Fuels (BEFs), thus promoting balance in all aspects of health: physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, and social. Haqua Revitalize? Therapy (HART) not only provides the body with the necessary amount of water on a daily basis but also enhances it with oxygen, hydrogen, and energy, which we hypothesize as the Four Essential Elements of Life (FEELs). We recommend consuming at least a mug of 500ml (17 Oz) or 2 glasses of 300ml (10 Oz) of Haqua every 30 minutes during exercise to replenish the body's necessary fluids and maintain fitness levels while also providing the body with the hydrogen, oxygen, and water it requires. For those who do not engage in regular body exercise, we recommend walking for at least twenty minutes daily, five times a week. This method is a safer and more effective alternative to heavy body exercises without maintaining the recommended Haqua intake.
