It’s just part of the cycle of events and if you’re having more good days than bad you’re doing OK.
However, for some people those bad days, or at least not good days seem to take over.
Maybe you’ve been working extended hours for a while and you're tired because you are not getting enough sleep.
Perhaps, you're stressed out over what’s in the news, or with people, friends or co-workers.
Or, your money situation has you stressed.
You always seem just a “little off”. Your just tired most all the time and you’re just “not right.”

Chronic Fatigue Syndrome is actually a disorder and can be debilitating.
Exercise and activity can help with both the physical and mental part.
Having a major purpose and life goal does wonders keeping you on track mentally.
Finding new ways to make more money can help solve the financial part that will relieve the stress in that area.
