A Father's Love in Focus

Fatherhood is a deeply personal journey, and this sentiment struck a chord with our team, many of whom are either on the brink of fatherhood or have recently embraced it. This conversation unfolded during a photoshoot with Jim Tay, one of our real estate agents. From the start, ??????'?? ???????? ?????? ?????? ???????????????? ?????? ????????????????. During the shoot, Jim playfully asked his daughter, "How much do you love daddy?" Her response, "2 much," accompanied by two raised fingers.

Jim is a man who wears his heart on his sleeve, especially when it comes to his family. When asked about his priorities, his response was immediate: family, health, and happiness. "Every decision I make revolves around these three pillars," he said warmly. "It’s all about ensuring my girl grows up happy and healthy," he added, his soft, proud smile brimming with affection.

For Jim, the birth of his daughter gave his job a new purpose. "Helping people find homes isn’t just about business," he said passionately. "It’s about finding places where families can be happy." He views homes as spaces where families can grow and flourish, just like his own.

Reflecting on fatherhood, Jim noted how the role of fathers has evolved. "Back in my parents’ time, dads often worked long hours while moms stayed home. ????????????????, ???????? ?????? ???????? ??????????-????," he explained. He takes pride in being deeply involved in his daughter’s upbringing and sharing responsibilities with his wife. "I’m fortunate to have a job that allows me to adjust my schedule. It means I can be there for both the big moments and the small ones," he said, his smile beaming.

Jim advised new and working fathers: "Set clear priorities and focus on what's important. Your child deserves your full attention. Be present and engaged. Work efficiently to have quality family time.???????? ???????????????? ???????? ?????????????? ?????? ?????????????? ?????????? ????????????????, ?????? ?????? ?????????? ????????????."

Near the end of our talk, we asked Jim what he would tell his daughter in 30 years. His voice softened as he said, "I'm sorry if I ever made you feel unloved. Life can be tough, but you're always my sweetie pie. I'll always be proud of you and support your choices. Find someone who loves you like I do. I love you."
