Father’s Day! Gifts For the World's Greatest Dads…. Part 2

In Part 1 of this post, we shared our suggestions for the best gift to give your dad: time. Well, we're back with even more ideas on how to show dad you care about him.
Do what he likes (and have him do what you like)
Do what he likes: golf, fishing, or tinkering with cars. As you do that, he’ll likely spend more time with you—and less at work. If your dad spends most of his free time at home, making him breakfast in bed is a great way to win some brownie points for Father’s Day. Of course, if your dad does all those things already, find another hobby you can enjoy together, such as bike rides through your neighborhood or taking painting classes at an art museum. Don’t forget about spending quality family time by sitting down together and having dinner at home. And if you don’t live near each other, make sure to call your dad on Father’s Day, so you can tell him how much he means to you.
Create Memories That Will Last a Lifetime
A great gift for a father is something that creates a memory and can be enjoyed with his family. Think of experiences like tickets to an event or a fun outing (bowling, skating, etc.). Or think of traditional gifts with added value: tickets to an exciting movie or a book you know he’d like but hasn’t read yet. No matter what you choose to give Dad, make sure you take time to celebrate him for being one of life’s best gifts. A father is someone who sacrifices in unimaginable ways every day, and we don't get enough chances to thank them for it. Let them know what they mean by giving them something personal or unique that they'll appreciate and enjoy doing with their family.
More ideas are to be shared in the next post. Stay tuned.
