Observe.

The first thing yo need to do is be able to know what is going on. You have to have all the facts that are available of the situation to include opinions and assumptions.

Orient.

After you have what information is available you need to be aware of where you are in the situation. What is your current stake? What is your overall objective (aka...what do you want)?

Decide.

Once you have figured out what you know and what you want, the final thing to do is to decide. Let me show you fastest method that I call the Shortest Route Method. Of all the options to decide from, which option gets you on the shortest route to the stated end-state?

Why I believe this is the best framework is because of decision velocity. It allows you to make a faster decision based on speed of the decision. By prioritizing speed over any other factor it provides Decision Space to reevaluate, and Decision Advantage to make more decisions in the same amount of time as others.

Act.

Finally, decisions don't matter if they are not acting on. Reduce the time of decision to acting on those decision to near zero.
