The COVID pandemic has inspired many of us to redefine our habits and expectations in ways we could not have imagined just a few years ago.

Realtor.com?has identified five luxury areas in the country that appear to embody our current redefinition of luxury living: nature, fewer neighbors, more square footage.
The top 5% of homes in each of these areas have appreciated the most year-over-year.
