The reason why the Primaserter is proving to be such as success is because it is very simple to operate and takes very little training to be able to use the machine confidently.

It is also extremely quick and installs the full range of self clinch fasteners and rivet bushes.

It doesn't need a foot pedal to operate and can be easily put into auto mode so that as soon as the sliding tool arrangement is pushed into place, the press will install the fastener without having to press any buttons. This increases productiviety dramatically.

The Primaserter also has additional accessory packs that are available to install fasteners into different applications or reverse flanges.

Maxiserter

The Maxiserter has been designed to offer customers who work with larger chassis the ability and flexibility to install fasteners into panels that is just not possible without the very large throat depths. The Maxiserter utilisers the same ease of use as the Primaserter. The standard anvils are non concentric allowing fasteners to be installed right at the edge or close to a fold in the panel.
