The Assumptions of a Change Manager

The Assumptions of a Change Manager - the good, the bad, and the things we don’t really want to talk about…

Assumptions have a huge impact on the way change is achieved - sometimes positively and sometimes negatively. Have you stopped to consider which you hold and how these are influencing your attitude, approach and the way you go about doing your change work?

Thinking more broadly, what assumptions do we hold as a collective profession and how are they shaping our discourse, and the ways we work with those sponsoring change (our internal or external clients) and those more directly affected by change? Join the?UK Chapter?for this development workshop where we’ll dig in to these questions under the guidance of our special guest facilitator,?Steve Hearsum?founder of?Edge and Stretch. This session is designed for those ready to actively engage with their peers into some provocative questions and interested in finding their developmental edge. You’ll get the most out of this if you come prepared to participate rather than just listen in.? We’re creating space for enquiry and meaningful discussion - are you ready to join the conversation?

Competencies this event relates to: Professional Development; Self-Management; Thinking and Judgment
