Fast, Cheap and Easy
I used to live a Type A corporate lifestyle... Never thinking that I had time for healthy foods because I was always on the go.
Once I started my own business and it started growing, there still didn't seem to be time to eat healthy. It was go-go-go all day every day. Apparently, as a workaholic, it didn't matter whether I was working for someone else or myself.
Now, it's clear that there are healthy ways to eat that are also "fast, cheap and easy."
Fast food can be as simple as rice with sauteed fresh veggies or a piece of fruit. It can include nutrition-based supplements which pack nutrient-dense power for even more impact and high energy levels.
Ironically, performance and productivity can be boosted with healthier food choices and even minor amounts of exercise. A clear mind leads to strong decision-making and that leads to rich results and rewards.
What are you eating? Is it helping you reach your objectives?

7 年I agree. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It is 'fuel' for the body. It must be balanced and include protein and fruit.

7 年I find that eating a solid breakfast helps so much! It's usually a variation of eggs, dairy, and vegetables, but sometimes also throw sauteed sardines into the mix. Yes, it takes an extra 10 minutes to prepare, but it's so worth it getting that solid foundation into my stomach early on in the day. I'm much less likely to snack during the morning, as my appetite and cravings feel more stable, if that makes sense.
