Talk about Fashion and its always about the customer and off-course customer is the king. However we rarely speak about the health of the stakeholders who support the fashion business.
"While customers are supreme, they can be served better only when we take sufficient care of our suppliers. Makes sense right ?" This is what a new E-commerce platform IndianEthnics.com is talking about, do check out https://www.dhirubhai.net/feed/update/urn:li:activity:6422435153255206912
Being a Fashion Ecom platform, driven by a passionate fashion and garment expert is nothing new, however what I really want to point is why they are into business "Spelling out their WHY." This is something we may know but we often fail/ shy away to say.
Even when we board the flight and before it takes off the safety guidelines say's, take care of yourself first before you try and save the person next to you. This theory is really relevant and we need to keep this in mind for all the stake holders who are involved in the supply chain. Only when we will know how to protect and prosper ourself, will we know how to deliver a great product at a great value for our customer. This is far more powerful that it may sound, as you will attract customers and suppliers who believe in this concept and who stay with you not only for your product but also in support of the cause.
Its great to spell out as "Why" are you in a specific business / profession, its like creating your own "Golden Circle" that start's with why you do what you do.
Wishing the team "All the Best" for a " journey that has just begun."
