Here we are at the official start of summer! It is June 20th for those of us who think the summer is flying by. I must say it feels as though we are headed into a hot season - be prepared to look your best and stay COOL at the same time. 

Fall fashion may not be something any of us are thinking about – but the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale is coming and you need to know about it.This is an incredible pre-fall sale on some showstopping pieces for your wardrobe. ‘This event has become legendary among Nordstrom customers nationwide who enjoy outstanding savings on the most exciting new fall merchandise before the season starts.’ The sale will begin on July 14th, but if you would like to book a private appointment with MODA, we can begin shopping for you beforehand. We have our own private dressing rooms and will pull the best merchandise for you before you arrive. While you may not buy your entire fall wardrobe during the sale, there are definitely going to be a few pieces that can be show stopping additions to your wardrobe for years to come – and all marked down to 30% and more. On a personal note, if you have children at home for the summer, spend some quality time with them. Cookouts, ball games, zoo trips and mini-vacations are great. Moments with family are so precious and our greatest investment is in our family and the relationships we build with cousins, aunt, uncles, grandparents and neighbors. While you are building memories, do not get lazy and look like last year’s rag pile. Look your best because the world is watching, and the image you project needs to reflect your character and the respect you have for yourself and your audience. Set an example for your family, friends, community and colleagues.
