Fascinating book

I have today finished reading a wonderfully thought provoking and insightful book.  It is called Organizational Consulting: A Gestalt Approach and is by Edwin C Nevis.  I can thoroughly recommend this book to anyone with an interest in seeing consulting to organisations through the Gestalt lens.  Much of the theoretical discussion is illustrated by case examples from the author’s own experience, not all of which show him in the best light but the reader is invited to learn, much as I imagine Nevis himself did, by sharing some of his mistakes as well as his successes.
