Farewell

Today my journey at JESA come to end. Tomorrow my new challenges will start.

Working for 13+ years at JESA and contributing to its growth was an absolute pleasure. I m proud to be part of this success story that worths being a study case in the best business universities.

Inside JESA, I learnet the right project management that is safety and risk based, I lived in a transparent and safe-working environment which ensure inclusion and diversity. I saw young talents growing and taking more and more responsibilities. To sum up, this engineering company has positively transformed my leadership references.

Many thanks to all my colleagues for everything, I will never forget the good moments we spent together in the office, sites, travels, team buildings…I have read all your replies after my farwell email. Your words witnesses the sympathy and kidness that are sometimes hiden behind your daily professional duties.
