Farewell and thank you all!!

Dear network,

After a fantastic journey of almost 13 years it is time for some new energy. I have left Cubiks/PSI to find the new energy and to explore new opportunities. Step 1: Relax, family time, sports, reflect and try to get bored. As you can see below (my PAPI wheel) this will be a challenge ??. Hope you don’t mind me sharing some of my initial reflections

The first: At Cubiks we (the ‘we’ still feels good), truly lived our values and ambitions, with People Matter at the top of the list. Everything we did was about creating solutions to empower people to achieve their potential.

The second: In my Cubiks years, I had the opportunity and the honor to work with many great people from many different countries, cultures, backgrounds and companies. It has broadened my horizon and has made me who I am today. Thinking about all the great moments and people makes me extremely proud, but also a bit sad.

The third: I was incredibly lucky having the opportunity to work in many different roles, approximately a new one every 2 years. Below some examples:

• Architecting great, innovative, fair and exciting assessment solutions for clients
• Assessing many great talents and leaders
• Working with and managing the Cubiks team in the Netherlands
• Working with exciting clients, delivering on almost every continent
• A deep dive in the Academics on 360 in a cross-cultural context
• Collaborating with associates from a bizarre number of countries and cultures
• Brainstorming on, molding and co-creating a fantastic and state-of-the-art and world-class portfolio of assessment solutions
• Leading the company into the data / People Analytics era
• Sharing my experiences on Data/People Analytics and HR-tech on many stages on many conferences.
• Working in and managing global multi-disciplinary teams with some of the best experts in the industry
• Discussing in the board on short and long term priorities, vision, strategy and driving and leading the execution our strategy
• Leading Cubiks together with the other Directors into a new phase resulting in Cubiks becoming part of the PSI family

What stays in top of mind, what is most important? Working together with many, many great people. I cannot thank you all enough for all these unique moments and experiences!
