Farewell Phil ...

Rossbrook House staff and board will be saying farewell to our beloved Executive Director later this month.

We thank him for 42 incredible years, of caring for and working in our community.

Phil's dedication has included working to provide programs for children and youth, issues related to youth homelessness, as well as volunteering with other agencies.

Phil has worn many hats, including Program Manager and Co-Executive Director. He has been leading the team as the Executive Director since 2016.

Phil has passed on the torch to Patty Mainville.

“It is with joy and a sense of fulfillment I pass the torch of leadership to Pat,”?Phil said.?“I know the values and inspiration she will bring to staff and participants will continue to increase Rossbrook’s ability to be a place where young people feel a strong sense of belonging and grow into whom they are meant to be!”
