SUMMER EVENT FARADAY?

On the?19th June, we held?our Summer Event at the wonderful Bless Hotel. It was one of the most special events of the year, filled with compelling content for Venture Capital investors. We showcased our latest activities and introduced the new additions to our portfolio: KMINA, Hotelverse, Holaglow?and?Catcher. During their Fire-side Chats we delved into their latest activities, commercial evolution, and future milestones.

Our event highlight was the panel discussion "Breaking Barriers: Diversify your Portfolio with Unconventional Investments," featuring experienced investors like Enrique Marazuela,?Fernando de Roda?and?Isaac Benzaquen.

We further had the pleasure of announcing the imminent?First Close of our second fund, Faraday Europa II, which we expect will commence investing in some of the best startups starting from July.

This quarter has been non-stop, and we welcomed 4 new additions to our portfolio:

• KMINA (Valencia, Spain): An online retailer of health and mobility products (crutches, walkers, wheelchairs, etc.) under the brands Kmina and Pepe Mobility.
• Hotelverse?(Palma de Mallorca, Spain):?A pioneering company creating 3D digital replicas (digital twins) for hotels.
• Holaglow (Barcelona, Spain): Providing cosmetic dermatology and aesthetic medicine services at clinics in Madrid, Barcelona, and Valencia.
• Catcher (Madrid, Spain): A platform connecting restaurants ("pitchers") with delivery drivers ("drivers"), focusing on last-mile logistics.

Furthermore, we strengthened our position with 3 follow-on investments in:

• Tipsi?(Madrid, Spain)

It has been a special pleasure to collaborate with the CFA Society Belgium and Lo?c Sacré in the roundtable on Family Offices in Belgium, where our Managing Director for Benelux, Fran?ois-Xavier Fanard, moderated the panel.
