There are far better things ahead

#newdaynewchapter is a Blog narrative started on March 1, 2021 co-founded by Kishore Shintre & Sonia Bedi, to write a new chapter everyday for making "Life" and not just making a "living"
Let us accept the fact that we’re all evolving. Each moment is just the beginning. There’s no need to live in the future, because future is merely a concept in your head. When it arrives, it will arrive as the present moment. If you’re not here and now, you’ll miss it. You’ll keep dreaming of a better future, which never really comes. The message I want to give you is that everything is okay right now. We all have challenges in our life, but it’s okay. Say yes to life. Accept what’s here and now. Trust life, even if it doesn’t look the way you want it to.
The problem isn’t life, but your expectations of it. Everything in the outside world will sooner or later dissolve, but who you are deep down is eternal. When you can tap into who you really are, your life will change. We always feel bad about the things we missed in the past, things we did bad in the past, things we didn’t do in the past etc., But actually such a feeling should only help us to learn to become better prepared for the future.
From that angle - yes, we might have lost something into the past. Which we cannot rewind any way - but it is surely possible make a best use of those learning to do better on those missed aspects at least into the future when we face similar situations. It is true that you have to leave other behind if you wanna get ahead but not the people who supported you. They were there for you when you needed them the most. Going ahead that doesn’t mean you will stop getting troubles so you would need them in future.
This is nature rule going to your destination you need people help and they need yours, all humans are interconnected. If you leave them behind they will never help you in future. And no one knows what will come ahead. So be with them always(only the one who supported you
To me Life has only two targets. A) Survival and B) Trying. Survival - is from the natural logic embedded into us to survive this species for a day into future when mankind can realize why we came here for… B) Trying is the basic foundation for Success. A person who keeps on trying in my opinion is a successful person. Complementing B) is what you have hinted in your question - that success is always into the future for a person who continuously continues to try ! And that in a way will help us build enough knowledge to one day solve the target of A).
It is actually the opposite which is true. In order to get ahead in life we have to try to mutually catch up with each other. Only in a closed, mutually supportive and mutually complementing, purposeful environment - where by using positive envy, desire for respect we try to equal, emulate each other's progress - can we get ahead, by constantly pulling, pushing each other out of comfort zone, acquiring new, unprecedented qualities together.
You don’t need to leave others behind everything, but invariably you will find yourself going in a different direction to them. That is to be expected. Don’t be fazed by it. No two people follow the exact same path. I went far in my working life and would never have been able to do so without the support of both my family and my coworkers and subordinates. If I had left them behind I would have ended up alone and probably not gotten ahead with anything!
Remember that at the end of the day if you want to get somewhere, there is no way you can do so on your own. You will always need people to do the work you envision, a family to follow your lead and people to respect you and care for you if you really want to get where you want to go! In fact the contrary is probably more true. People respect people not companies. It is you who people will follow or not, not the company you work in or the salary they get. If you go ahead and drop them, they will surely drop you, and you will come to find out how powerful your subordinates can come to be, when you leave them behind or disrespect them! Cheers!

3 年Inspiring words, Kishore Shintré. I, too, feel that you need to take people along with you so that you don't end up alone. But you shouldn't be afraid to take the path less taken. One must be sure of taking the path. Multiple paths may look promising; however, those leaders that are armed with the best, most up-to-date information available to them can see only so far down each path before it either bends or is covered by undergrowth and becomes invisible.
