FAQ's
One of the biggest questions I get asked when starting with a company about content creation is "Where do we start?"
A super simple way to help get fast, precise content out so your potential customers and clients can actually see in their feeds, is coming up with a list of 15 - 20 frequent asked questions (FAQ's) that will help solve your communities problems through your product or services.
This is always a great way to boost your SEO ranking because it's precisely what Google actually want when people are looking for solutions.
Once your company starts listing your FAQ's on your website and people can click on these. It not only drives traffic to your site but more importantly actually creates conversations. We know that conversations in 2019 are the new lead.
Be proactive and share the answers to your FAQ's in written form, but don't be lazy and not get them on video and audio also. Here's a reason to think of this.. in the next 3-5 years, the audio will take over typed searches, so if someone wants a question answered, don't you want them to end up on your site to help them solve the problem, and actually buy something from your company.
Lastly, if you want to create lots of content fast, and you have access to a team or even clients, then let them contribute to your companies content by referencing them. More likely than not they will share this on their channels also. This strategy has been a win/win in the past two years that helps drive traffic and conversions in a simple, cost-effective way.
