Inoperativeness of the bank accounts for a specific period, Bank classifies the this accounts for dormant status for the purpose of monitoring due to these accounts can use to money laundering purpose 

2. WHAT IS THE MINIMUM PERIOD REQUIRE TO BE QUALIFIED FOR DORMANT STATUS?  

VARY bank to bank

3. How can revoke the dormant status?

Customer can request to the bank in a written request to revocation with a valid reason for non-operative for a certain period
