Ask yourself these questions:
? Do you have virtual attendees? If so ,do you want them to see and hear the room? If both, you’ll need mics, cameras and stage lighting.
? Do you have virtual presenters? Ask yourself these same questions! If they don’t need to view the room, all you need is an internet connection, a dedicated computer, operator and an audio connection. Keep in mind, if you want them to be able to hear attendees questions, you will want plenty of mics in the room!
? How engaging is the virtual component of the meeting? If you are in a small board room, we can use what is called a Meeting Owl, which is a small camera that will automatically move to the person speaking in the room. We can then have virtual attendees up on the screen along with any slides.
○ If you are in a large space and want it to be interactive, you will want multiple cameras that can pan in and out on attendees in the audience, presenters, etc.
○ You will also want multiple screens for the virtual attendees and the content.
