1. What is the working temperature of your solar street lights?
It is determined by the working temperature of the battery.
Charge and discharge temperature of Ternary Li-ion Lithium battery is -10 degree~+50 degree;
Charge and discharge temperature of LiFePO4 battery is 0 degree~+60 degree;
Charge and discharge temperature of NI-MH battery is -40 degree~+60 degree.
The default battery configuration of Cmoonlight is LiFePO4 battery. For countries with very low temperatures such as Canada, we suggest NI-MH battery.

2. Can we add the solutions of mains supply complementary to the solar street light?
Yes, we can add the mains supply complementary. Solar energy supply power in ordinary time, if there is a long rainy and cloudy, and solar power is not enough, it will automatically switch to the mains supply.

3. Can we add the solutions of IoT (monitoring and managing solar streetlights remotely) to the solar street lights?
Yes, we can. Cmoonlight team uses the latest technology of wireless in the world, Each lamp has a built-in 4G module.
The customers only need to insert the 4G SIM card of their country. The customers need to tell us the name of the local Telecom operator in advance. and it is better if customer can send us 2 pcs phone cards which have international roaming service. We will customize 4G module according to local Telecom operator information.
4. Need to connect electric wires when installing the solar street lights?
No, don't need any wires. Solar panels convert energy to the battery inside, at night the battery releases energy and light on. Don't need a mains supply.

5. Where is the battery of your solar street light?
This is all-in-one design, the battery is integrated inside of the light.

6. Why the light is off in the daytime?
With sufficient sunlight at daytime, the voltage generated by the solar panel is more than 5V, the controller is automatically indicated that it is daytime now, and turns off the light.

7. Need to turn on the light at night by remote controller?
No need, It turns on the light automatically at night. Due to insufficient light at night, the voltage generated by the solar panel is below 5V, the controller is automatically indicated that it is night now, and turn on the light.
So when there is a lack of light indoor, or unplug the wire between the solar panel and the light, or there are obstructions on the solar panel, in these three cases the voltage generated by the solar panel is below 5V, the controller is automatically indicated that it is night now, and turn on the light even at daytime.

8. Must install the solar street light on the top of the pole?
Yes, must. If the pole exceeds the light too long, it will cast shadows on solar panel, this will seriously affect the absorption efficiency of the solar panels.
Even a 5% shaded area will reduce the 95% efficiency of the solar panel ( hot spot effect).

9. What parts do your pole includes?
Our pole include: Q235 rolled steel ( Hot-dip galvanized anti-rust treatment is done both inside and outside), Flange, foldable ground cage, and screws for installation.

10. If we buy the pole locally, how to match it with your light?
Our Palm tree solar street light can match the pole diameter between 40mm~150mm. We suggest customer purchase Straight pole without arm, Spray silver paint, the diameter of the top of the pole is 70mm

11. Is your light waterproof?
Yes, IP67. All components are internally waterproof, even if some rainwater enters into the lamp body, it doesn’t matter

12. Is your price expensive?
?In the same quality products, our price is the cheapest, because our profit is the lowest. Our factory assemble solar panels and batteries to make sure the quality by ourselves,
The internal management of our company is relatively flat, the combined cost is lower than other companies.

13. What happens to the light after 15 years lifetime?
Our lamp has a lifespan of 15 years. After 15 years, the lamp will still be on, but the battery capacity will be reduced to 70% of the original, and the brightness of the lamp will drop a little.

14. What application market is your lamp suitable for?
Our lamps are suitable for quality-focused commercial applications and municipal road applications.

15. Which is better to choose between solar street lights and mains supply lights?
Solar street lights do not need wiring and electricity power supply equipment, no electricity bills, and our solar street lights are not only bright but also have a long life span, and our solar street lights can definitely replace city circuit lights.
