Fantastic new startup lawyer in Cambridge/Boston — Elke Trilla

Over the years I’ve had a chance to meet many lawyers who claim to work with startups. The number that are actually effective at working with startups is far fewer ;)

In this post back in 2013 I recognized some of my favorite startup lawyers and my take on typical dynamics in selecting a lawyer for your startup.

I was recently inspired when I met a new startup lawyer in Boston — Elke Trilla @ Wilson Sonsini. She is the real deal imho and has all the right principles that I look for in a great startup lawyer. I was blown away by her commitment to enable Founders and especially founders from traditionally under served communities — which of course has been a big focus for us at Koa Labs.
